Unlimited Credit Coaching (referred to here as "UCC," "we," "us," or "our") offers credit repair, credit coaching, and related consulting. When you enroll with us, you accept the terms set out below.
1. Our services
We look over your credit report or reports, flag entries that may be inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or otherwise open to dispute, and help you use the rights the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable law give you to challenge those entries with the credit reporting agencies and, when it applies, the companies that furnished the information. We also coach and educate on business credit, tradelines, ITIN-based credit building, and mortgage readiness, and we may connect clients with third-party lenders, real estate professionals, or other partners.
2. No guaranteed results
How a credit repair effort turns out depends on what your file actually contains, how the bureaus and furnishers respond, and other factors we cannot control. UCC does not promise that any particular item will be removed, corrected, or changed, or that your score will move by a set number of points or within a set period of time. Any outcomes mentioned on this site, testimonials included, describe individual client experiences and are neither typical nor guaranteed.
3. Your right to dispute your own credit file, free of charge
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file directly with the credit bureaus, on your own, at no cost. Nothing in this agreement takes that right away.
4. Fees
Our current fees are listed on our Pricing page and in the written service agreement you sign. In keeping with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and Chapter 393 of the Texas Finance Code, UCC does not charge or collect any fee for credit repair services until those services have been fully performed.
5. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your contract with UCC, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed it. To cancel, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of the Notice of Cancellation (below) — or any other written notice — to 4740 S. Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539, or ucreditcoaching@gmail.com. If you cancel, any payments you have made will be returned within 10 days.
6. No waiver of rights
You cannot waive any right the Credit Repair Organizations Act or Chapter 393 of the Texas Finance Code gives you, and any attempt to waive one is void.
7. Complaints
You can direct complaints about credit repair services to the Federal Trade Commission (consumer.ftc.gov) and the Texas Secretary of State (sos.texas.gov).
8. Governing law
Texas law governs this agreement.
Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over seven (7) years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for ten (10) years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. You are entitled to a free copy of your report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment within 60 days, if you receive public assistance, or if you have reason to believe your file contains inaccurate information due to fraud.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act or the Texas Credit Services Organizations Act (Texas Finance Code Chapter 393). These laws prohibit deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you signed it.
Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur. You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or unverifiable information, at no charge to you. Any information and copies of documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.
If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you believe the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include your statement, or a summary of it, in any report it issues about you.
You have a right to have inaccurate information corrected or deleted at no charge. You do not have to pay anyone to correct inaccurate information in your credit report. You also have the right to be given, before you sign a contract, this organization's business address and a full and detailed description of the services to be performed and the total amount you will be charged.
We provide this disclosure under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1679c, and the Texas Credit Services Organizations Act, Texas Finance Code Chapter 393. You will also receive and sign a separate copy of it before you sign any contract or pay any fee.
Texas Surety Bond Disclosure
Unlimited Credit Coaching is registered as a Credit Services Organization with the Texas Secretary of State and maintains the $10,000 surety bond required by Chapter 393 of the Texas Finance Code. If you are damaged by a violation of Chapter 393, you have the right to proceed against this surety bond.
A complete and detailed description of the services to be performed and the total cost of those services is provided on our Pricing page and in the written service agreement you receive before signing any contract or paying any fee.
